Description
A complete workout using your own body weight, resistance and free weights targeting legs and upper body. This class combines the whole package with a variety of music and fitness props.
Suited for all fitness levels, the instructor will offer variations and modifications.
This 13 week block of Monday ONLY classes will take place at the Livingston Activity Centre in the auditorium. No class October 14th.
