Description
The Little Hoppers program is designed to offer participants the benefits of gymnastics while setting a foundation in "Active Participation in Sport" and physical literacy (skills, confidence, and motivation to be active for life). The goal is to learn and build on the fundamentals of gymnastics, while learning important life skills and having fun. Each class starts with a group warm-up and games, followed by structured time at different skills-building stations on the bars, vault, floor, rings, and beam.
