Description
No pads, no contact, and no previous football experience required. Come learn and practice the essential movements and techniques for football! Speed, agility, change of direction; throwing, catching, blocking and tackling with be coached and practiced. Offensive and defensive principles will be covered to enhance game play. Prizes and snacks included!
