DescriptionTake a lunchtime break to feed body, mind and soul. This class is designed to address physical imbalances along with an invitation to address deeper subtler layers of your being through pranayama (breath work), breath centric asana (poses) and meditation. Each week of classes follows a theme, introducing ancient timeless yogic tools and practices for stress management and peaceful living. Open to all levels, including beginners! Please bring a yoga mat, strap and blanket.
