Description
Join Coach Jay Steinberg for weekly training sessions to prepare for the EPRD Trail Race Series. Each runner will receive a 4 week training plan. Topics covered include: trail running skills, strength & conditioning, flexibility & mobility, trail safety, nutrition, gear and environmental awareness.There will be four sessions, each leading up to one of the EPRD Trail Races.
