The focus of the water polo program is in-water instruction on the fundamentals of the game. Passing, shooting, team and individual defense along with tactical discipline and individual aspects of the game are discussed. The goal is to engage and inspire each player at camp and to instill positive character traits such as confidence, self-motivation, and a passion for the sport.
Lacrosse camp will focus on shooting, dodging, footwork, team offensive and defensive concepts along with special instruction for goalies are covered.Sub-Activities
