Much like the way the circulatory system carries blood and lymph through the body, the chakras assimilate and distribute energy throughout the body. In this class you will discover the seven main chakras, their purpose and how they affect your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. You will learn why the health of the chakras is so crucial, how to tell if they are out of balance, how you can strengthen them, and how to bring them back into balance.Location
