Learn basic knife skills and safety. Course fee includes a ten-inch Chef knife. Note: No open toe shoes will be allowed in the kitchen. All culinary classes are held at the Richland Culinary Arts Institute located in the Shilling Community Education Center, Parking Lot A, Room SC23 unless noted.
