Learn the basics of sausage making. Start with grinding meat and creating various sausages, both links and patties. Note: No open toe shoes will be allowed in the kitchen. All culinary classes are held at the Richland Culinary Arts Institute located in the Shilling Community Education Center, Parking Lot A, Room SC23 unless noted.
