This course covers food safety for restaurants. It uses the ServSafe Manager course and exam. Class includes textbook, exam and exam answer sheet. Lunch provided. Note: No open toe shoes will be allowed in the kitchen. All culinary classes are held at the Richland Culinary Arts Institute located in the Shilling Community Education Center, Parking Lot A, Room SC23 unless noted.
