Zumba Gold is a low impact, dance-inspired class that uses easy to follow choreography to focus on balance, range of motion, and coordination. Come ready to have fun and leave feeling strong and empowered. Bring water bottle.
No class on 10/4 & 11/29. 12/13 class will be held at the Danville Town Hall, located at 201 Front Street.Bring water bottle. No class on Oct. 4 & Nov. 29. Dec. 13 class will be held at the Danville Town Hall, located at 201 Front Street.
