These are 30 minute one-on-one sessions involving tech support for mobile devices and laptops with mainly Apple based operating systems. Android based devices are welcome as well. Sessions will comprise of tech training and single issue problems and questions. Sessions will be offered on alternating Tuesday's (9/10, 9/24, 10/8, 10/22, 11/5, 11/19 & 12/3, 12/17 by appointment only. Please call 925 314 3430 to schedule your individual appointment.
These sessions are free. You must bring your device with you and it must be charged. You must know your ID and password. Do not share this information with the instructor.
