When seniors become more vulnerable, they may face various challenges that impact their well-being. Financial vulnerability can lead to exploitation or scams, putting their financial security at risk. Emotional vulnerability may result from social isolation, loss of loved ones, or declining health, leading to depression or anxiety. Physical vulnerability increases the risk of accidents, falls, or neglect, especially if they have limited mobility or chronic health conditions.To prevent elder abuse, you must first understand and address the factors that put you at risk. We will help you identify signs of abuse, how to prevent abuse and provide resources.
