Did you know the Over 85 population of Contra Costa County is going to increase by 485% in the next 25 years? We need resources to care for our aging friends, family, and neighbors who will continue to face challenges living independently at home. Come learn about the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and how we support our community in aging in place with robustly coordinated care – healthcare, dental, social activities, home care, prescriptions, a senior rehab gym, transportation, and more.
