A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy for all abilities. Nourishment for your mind, body, soul and spirit.There is nothing more healing than music and movement. Let go and feel the freedom of movement of your body through music and movement. Release all your inhibitions and embrace your magnificent self by having fun and laughing while gifting your mind, body, soul and spirit in raising your vibration. As a Zumba instructor, I will combine the class with Latin and World rhythms as well as other music genres. Please bring water and a towel.

Jeannette is Zumba Certified, & Circular Mobility Certified.Jeannette believes in promoting a healthy lifestyle for optimal health at any age!She has been teaching fitness for over 10 years.
