Description
Court reservations are available on a first come, first serve basis. Each Court Reservation has a set number of courts available, and maximum number of participants. Drop-in participants are not allowed for Court Reservations. Court Reservations will now be made available on our website (www.dalycity.org/iplay) on a quarterly basis. All participants must be enrolled as a "Court Reservation Participant" to participate in any and all court reservations for this sport, regardless of the location. Enrollment in this activity ensures that participants have acknowledged the Recreation Division policies and waivers and that emergency contacts have been created. Registering as a "Court Reservation Participant" does secure a court reservation and does not secure playing time. Court Reservation may NOT be used for organized games, leagues, tournaments, team practices, coached clinics, or private training. Those who violate set policies for reservations will be canceled without a refund credit. Due to high demand and limited availability of court reservations, the refund policy for Court Reservations has been updated. Customers who would like to cancel or change a court reservation, must send a request to active@dalycity.org. Customers shall receive credit to the customer’s iPlay account, less a $10 processing fee per request. A refund shall not be issued for cancelations received less than 24 hours prior to the court reservation.
