The Summer 2024 Middle School Athletic Performance Camp is for any and all rising 7th and 8th grade students. This camp will help develop proper mechanics and train to improve multiple characteristics of athleticism. Such as strength, speed, agility, plyometrics, mobility, and energy system development. During camp, attendees will get the chance to meet and interact with a variety of students and coaches.
