About this event

In this class you will have the opportunity to learn and of course enjoy the evening with us and in company of new and old friends. You will be confronted with easy to master techniques with enchanting results of great tasting foods filled with simplicity and passion. This evening we will explore the rich Milanese cookery, in the region of Lombardia. The cuisine in this region has roots in many different cultures, resulting in extravagant dishes. Its cooking traditionally uses generous amounts of butter, cream and lard, but recently has been converting recipes to olive oil. The first food to come to mind for most people is the decadent risotto alla Milanese. What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
