You'll explore classic Dishes like bratwurst, red cabbage and apples, potato pancakes, sauerkraut, and of course, Black Forest Cake! Leave with recipes, techniques, and skills to make these comforting and satisfying dishes!Bring an Apron and to-go containers. All must stay and clean up until the end of class.
