About this event

We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, May 29, 2024.

In honor of the 80th anniversary of D-Day, meet the heroes that saved the art works in France during WWII.

Michelle Young will present various stories of spies and looted art during WWII in France. As having studied the life of Rose Valland for her upcoming book The Art Spy, she will be able to share details about the resistance organized to save the art works but also the work of recovering stolen art works from the WWII.

The conference will be followed by a Q&A and a glass of wine.
