About This Activity
Our certified instructors will get you out on the water learning the elements of racing. Emphasis is placed on safety, terminology, fundamentals of small boat handling, and seamanship through classroom work and on-the-water activities. All classes are taught by Certified US Sailing Instructors. Our Racing class is geared toward ages 13-17 with a strong focus on High School Racers. You must have basic swimming skills. Well fitting personal flotation device (PFD) and closed toe shoes must be brought and worn during each class.
