About this event
Class will begin on Thursday, 9/15/2022 for this *10-WEEK CLASS Yoga & S’more will combine the practice of yoga and s’more activities to engage a sound mind in a sound body. During the hour-long class, a portion will focus on yoga, while the other focuses on rotating fitness, games, or relaxation activities. This unique combination is a new approach to physical and mental well-being. A handful of theme nights will be incorporated offering social fun! Gymnastics mats are provided and participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, blocks, towels, and water bottles. Participants will receive a Yoga & S’More class syllabus. No classes on 11/21-11/26/2021
