About This Activity
Introductory woodworkers will be getting their hands dirty with one of the oldest woodworking techniques, wood turning. Student makers will learn woodshop safety and how to use a wood turning lathe to make a handy tool that they'll get to take home and keep. These young professionals will also get a chance to make their woodworking business official by laser-cutting their very own business card. We will observe Juneteenth on 6/19/24 - no class will be held.
