Sweat and Splash at the Piedmont Park Aquatic Center
Piedmont Park's most popular fitness class is back! This 1.5 hour strength building, core sculpting, heart pumping pool workout is perfect for the summer! Be prepared for for a circuit-training, total-body class for the first 45 minutes of class (wear tennis shoes). Please bring swimwear for the second half of class.

What to Bring to Class This class is a lot of fun in the sun. I’ll bring the motivation and music. You bring a great spirit, a body ready to burn roughly 1,000 calories, and a few other things:
Sweat & Splash essentials: Yoga Mat
Change of clothes*
*Most participants arrive in swim attire (with coverup or shorts) for initial workout.
