About This Activity
Description
This instructional program teaches kids age 10-18 to play the exciting sport of Ultimate Frisbee. Led by members of Triangle Ultimate, sessions are held on 8 consecutive Tuesday evenings at the Apex Nature Park, beginning June 3. Each Tuesday consists of skill lessons, games, and scrimmages designed to teach the skills of Ultimate Frisbee.
