About This Activity
Description
This instructional program teaches kids age 7-12 to play the exciting sport of Ultimate Frisbee. Led by members of Triangle Ultimate, practices are held on 8 consecutive Tuesday evenings at the Apex Nature Park, beginning June 3. Each session consists of fun drills, activities, and games designed to teach the beginning skills of Ultimate Frisbee.
