Gentle Yoga is geared specifically for those who are new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. For just $12 per class, you can treat yourself to a little slice of serenity. No Class 1/1. Equipment Needed - Yoga mat. *Instructor: Ondrea Devincentis * Location: Multi-Purpose 1 & 2
