Teen/Adult Karate provides a great balance of intense physical training, mental discipline, and enjoyable activities. You’ll learn self-defense, improve your fitness, and go on a journey of self-improvement and empowerment.Your six week course will begin when you register to attend your first class. Students have flexibility to attend the class schedule that fits your daily life. Price includes one class meeting per week on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday.
