Description
This class has it all. Sweat through 30 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength and 10 minutes of stretching. Are you up for the challenge?
Drop-ins are welcome.
Please bring your own water bottle. Walking to class bare foot is not appropriate footwear. Please ensure you are wearing indoor runners.Crocs, slippers, flip flops, sandals and winter boots are not proper footwear for the gym use.
