Description
Take care of self. Slowing down, resting the mind, and nurturing the nervous system with Restorative Yoga. This 60 minute evening class for all levels will bring you from action to stillness. Allowing for your physical and subtle body to catch up. Releasing any withholdings mentally, physically, and emotionally. Settle in with guided meditation, followed by intentional time in supportive resting poses. Props provided, please bring you own mat.$10 Drop In
