In this basic introduction to on leash obedience skills class, we provide you with the tools and knowledge to teach your dog to be a well-mannered companion. We will cover heel position, sit, sit stay, down, down stay, and come. The goal of this class is to teach your dog to be calm and neutral around other dogs and distractions. Classes are taught by Katie Delafont- dog trainer, owner of Noble K9 Dog Training, and Wildwood resident.
Requirements:
- Dogs must be four months and older.
- Dogs must be friendly and non-aggressive.
- 6-foot non-retractable dog leash.
- Training collar.
- Up-to-date vaccination records.
- One dog per person.
