Description
Start your new year with clarity and calm through a 45-minute sound journey to decompress from the holidays and reconnect with yourself. Soothing vibrations from a variety of instruments such as crystal sound bowls, drums, and chimes will melt away stress and tension, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated. Discover a new level of inner peace and well-being with this immersive sound experience. You'll be sitting or lying on your back the entire session so please bring a yoga mat and wear comfy clothes. The Community Center does have some yoga mats available as well.A pillow, sleep mask and blanked are also encouraged to fully relax. Please consult your doctor if you wear hearing aids, have epilepsy or sound sensitivity, or are pregnant.
