Are you interested in showing off your gingerbread decorating skills at our Holiday Dazzle? Click the enroll now button to join our contest!Requirements for the gingerbread house: *Family household teams ONLY*Base size no larger than: L=15 inches W=15 inches H=15 inches*Gingerbread house no larger than: L=12 inches W=12 inches H=15 inches*Gingerbread house must stay within the holiday theme*No battery or electric components*Base-can be made of heavy cardboard, foam core, or wood.*If using cardboard, cover the base with aluminum foil so that moisture from the icing does not soak into it*Preferred to use royal icing, we cannot accept structures made with egg or butter because they turn rancid and soften easily causing the structure to disintegrate*Nothing that requires refrigeration should be on the house*Attach a 3x5 index card with the family's last name and the contenders' names on it.
Deadline for drop off to the Pine Community Center is Noon on November 15th.
All gingerbread houses can be picked up after December 16th, any houses not picked up by December 19th will be discarded.
