Description
Description: Put a Spring in your Step with Yoga. This mid-week socially-distanced Hatha Yoga class is designed to help improve circulation and flexibility, improve posture and balance, increase strength and muscle tone as well as help relieve/reduce stress. All levels are welcome. The instructor will offer modifications to poses as appropriate so that we can all safely enjoy this art to help harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. Be sure to hydrate before, during, and after class and try to practice yoga on an empty/nearly empty belly. Please bring your own yoga mat. Also, you can bring the following props if you choose: yoga strap or yoga block. We will have adequate room to space our yoga “stations” so that we are respectful of each other’s practice and movement. If you are sick, have a fever, cough, sore throat, or chills, please do not come to class.
