Description
flex your brain muscles and keep your brain sharp with our Brain Building group! Ms. Melody will lead weekly brain health activities to help strengthen memory, combat brain fog, work both sides of the brain, encourage creativity and preserve logical thinking skills. Ms. Melody's activities can vary from light physical movement, creative projects, reflective thinking, and mind bending puzzles. This is a really welcoming group filled with laughter!
