Intimate French Culinary Diningw/Chef Patrick & Nina Gauthronand Sommelier Michael WalshThursday, January 16, 20256:00pm - 8:30pmJoin us for an evening of French culinary classic 5 dishes accompanied with wines to compliment the savory flavors. The evening will begin with a casual gathering while tasting prepared hors d'oeuvres and wine. Then Chef Patrick will demonstrate the step-by-step process in how to create the appetizer, soup, main dish, and dessert. Guests will have moderate participation in the kitchen. Attendees will enjoy the evening's creations by a candlelight sit-down dinner served in The Link.

Please wear closed toe shoes and tie back long hair. Please inform the Chef of any food allergies at least a week before the class or by contacting the office. Although we will make every effort to accommodate food allergies depending on the specific menu and allergy, it may not be possible. No accommodation can be made the day of the class.
