Following the tour, we will enjoy lunch in the Millstone Café. Additional time will be available to view Up East: Andrew Wyeth in Maine and some of the permanent galleries.
This exhibition explores the interdisciplinary creativity of Wharton Esherick (1887-1970), the famed American artist best known as the father of the Studio Furniture Movement.
In addition, Up East: Andrew Wyeth in Maine will explore “Andrew Wyeth’s unique place- based practice rigorously focused on just two narrowly circumscribed regions across a long and productive career”.
