Need to reset your mind and body and unwind for the day? Want to add a muscle recovery flow to your daily fitness routine? Stretch and foam roll your way to restoration and recovery! Bring your own foam roller to class. We will have a few available to borrow. Class consists of floor work and a yoga mat will be needed.
