Description
Participants will learn to make delicious sweet and savory tarts and pies have a chance to work with different doughs, including Chef Joel's favorite Tart Dough. They will get to sample the fruits of their labor in class plus take home some of each. On the menu: Fig and Goat Cheese Tartlets with Brown Butter Crust; Caramelized Tomato, Mushroom and Brie Tart; Herbed Yukon Gold Potato and Asiago Galette; and Pear & Almond Tarte Tatin.
