Description
Karate classes will teach proper stances,breathing, stretching, discipline, confidence,and practical self?defense. All instructors arecertified black belts teaching a standardizedsystem of martial arts so that the quality is highand consistent. Uniforms and belts areprovided. Parents/guardians are required tostay for the duration of the class.
