Description
Dance Fit is exercise in disguise. Move to great music with all fitness levels, and easy to follow moves. Bring your tribe and let's boost your heart health, increase your energy, de-stress, tone your entire body and burn a ton of calories. Every class feels like a dance party. See you on the dance floor!
