About this event
For Grown-ups: The Wonder Years: A big guide to big feelings, 11/18/24, Mondays, 7:00 - 8:30PM. For grown-ups supporting people in puberty. Parents, guardians, teachers, after-school program support, grandparents - all are welcome. The workshop is live, virtual on Zoom, and the recorded session is available for one week following the presentation.
The Wonder Years: Emotions are essential to communicating our response to the world AND developing emotional awareness is a primary task of adolescence. Join us for a conversation using research-based practices for coaching our preteens and teens on acknowledging and regulating emotions when making decisions. Expand your toolkit for navigating challenging moments, and assessing when to ask for support.
