This is a GREAT way to keep your athlete in the water over the winter to help keep stamina up and build on stroke quality.

Participants are required to purchase and bring swim fins (not snorkel fins) to practice.

VW Winter Swim is ONLY for Members/Renters (including August Renters). This is **NOT** a learn to swim program, but is designed to develop and improve skills and stamina for the VW Summer Swim Team.The program is at Oak Marr Pool from 6-7 PM on Sundays. Dates are : 9/22/24 to 5/18/25 with no practice on following days:

• Dec 1, 2024 (Swim Meet)
• Dec 29, 2024 (Winter Break)
• Jan 5, 2025 (Winter Break)
• Feb 9, 2025 (Superbowl Sunday)
• Mar 30, 2025 (Swim Meet)
• Apr 20, 2025 (Spring Break)
