About this event
These training sessions are designed to give all Gold level swimmers a chance to gain strength and conditioning towards preparation for High School swim competitions. Some swimmers will arrive 30 min. early to warmup in the water during public swimming. Note: if you wish to do this you need to pay public swim rates in addition to the PSA/PLC registration.
