VANCOUVER: Join us for a semester of exploration as we discover the intricacies of building a robot, with our culminating project focusing on the creation of an assistive robotic device! Beginning with the basics, we’ll spend 10 sessions learning how robots are designed and built. Gain hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, and computer engineering. Join this club if you’re interested in developing skills in circuitry, coding, and mechatronics. No previous coding experience is required. Fall clubs begin Saturdays, September 21 and run until December 7. There will be no club sessions October 12 (Thanksgiving weekend) and November 9 (Remembrance Day weekend & UBC Fall reading week).
