Our Adult & Masters Racing Team is an amazing way to work on fitness, enjoy the company of other adult paddlers, and scratch your competitive itch! Our certified coaches with help you continue to refine the foundational skills of the sport of Sprint Canoeing and Kayaking, and support you in racing opportunities throughout the year. Paddlers in this program will need to purchase a FCRCC Adult Flatwater Membership. Fees include: - Coaching 2x per week, and weight plan - CKBC & CKC fees are included to ensure everyone is able to attend CKBC sanctioned events. - Additional gym sessions and facility rentals not included. This program runs: Tuesdays - 6:00-7:30pm Saturdays - 10:30am-12:30pm Weight plan included
