Description
Pre-Requisite: 24 Form T'ai Chi Chuan. Exception to the rule: Those participants who have extensive prior experience in T'ai Chi Long Forms may register for this class. This ancient Chinese defense exercise emphasizes body and mind in balance with each other, coordination, and sensitivity. Diaphragmatic breathing and meditation exercises help you release stress.
