About this event
Norte Youth Cycling offers Adventure Bike Camp (ABC) as an opportunity for children to get outside after school and explore their community on bikes. ABC focuses on teaching bike safety skills for community cruising while leading kids to parks, playgrounds, natural areas, and more. Ultimately, ABC aims to develop confident, safe, community-focused cyclists. Routes for children who join an ABC team from the Traverse Heights location include routes and stops such as: -Boardman Lake Loop -District Library -East Bay Park -State Park Beach -Bricks Wheels Track -F&M Park -Civic Center -Bardon's Ice Cream …and more! Children should be comfortable riding at least 4 miles on a two wheel pedal bike! Please select the team according to your child’s grade level. In the event there is a wait list, additionally teams will be formed should the wait list consist of enough children to make another team.
