- Understand/write a menu
- Describe an outfit
- Make a positive or negative assessment (clothes, people, etc.)
- Ask for/specify the size of clothing
- Give advice
- Choose a gift for someone
- Characterize an object, indicate its function
- Make a shopping list and characterize food
- Make purchases and express precise quantities
- Suggest an outing and react (2)
- Characterize a restaurant and understand a presentation before ordering
- Order and express satisfaction/dissatisfaction in a restaurant
- Evoke memories
- Locate an event in time
- Compare old and current situations
- Understand the description of a typical/atypical home
- Describe housing and transformations
- Describe the function of a room
- Understand a real estate ad
- Understand/seek clarification for housing and rental conditions
- Talk about a relationship with roommates
- Understand/express rules (restriction, prohibition and recommendation)
Before starting this course, you should have completed level A2.1 or been assessed at level A2.2 through a placement test, within 6 months of the beginning of the course. You need the Cosmopolite 1 textbook and exercise book for this course. The Cosmopolite 1 textbook and exercise book will be used for levels A1.1 to A2.3.
