There are many reasons to drink a zero-proof cocktail, whether it’s for health reasons or that you’re simply trying to add a little flair to your nightly beverage routine. In this interactive class we’ll learn to make seasonal drinks from cookbook author Jen Newens’ new book, Monday Night Mocktails before it is released to the general public. Many of the drinks are inspired by classic cocktails, mixed with high-quality nonalcoholic wine or zero-proof distilled spirits. Others use shrubs, kombuchas, or hop waters, or show off fresh fruit during its peak season. With drinks this chic and tasty, you won’t miss the alcohol!
